Schedule a video call

Schedule a video call to take place at a specific date and time in the future. People added to the call will be notified with the opportunity to RSVP.  At the time of the call, anyone that has responded No will not be included on the call. 

Schedule a video call 

1. Click the  icon in the left menu
2. Click the icon at the top of the video list
3. Enter a name
4. Click the toggle button next to Schedule for later
5. Select a date and a time
6. Add participants 
7. When finished, click Schedule

Scheduled calls that you create or have been invited to will appear in the Upcoming section of the video calls list.  

Note: Calls, including scheduling, require the squad to have a premium plan.  Speak to your squad's administrator about upgrading the squad's plan to access scheduling a call and other great features.
