While you are in an active video call, you have the option to disconnect from the call. Doing so will not impact other users connected to the call. Video call admins also have the ability to end the call, which ends it for all users on the call.
Disconnect from a video call
- In the video call, click the red phone icon on the bottom center of the screen to disconnect from the call.
Note: When you disconnect from a video call, you have the opportunity to rejoin the call if it is still active. You can join an active call from your Video Call Log.
End a video call for all users
- As a call Admin, click the 'Videos' icon in the left menu.
- Select the '+' button next to the video call's name in the video call log.
- Click 'End Call In Progress' on the popup.
- Click 'OK'.
