Who can manage a discussion?
Discussion Admins have a set of permissions that allow them to manage the members, content, and settings within a discussion. For example, admins have the ability to assign a role to each member, determining what actions each member can and can't take within the discussion.
The person who starts the discussion room is an admin. The list below contains different actions rooms admins can take.

Edit the name, description and avatar
Add or remove people from discussion rooms
Manage each member's permissions
