Here are a couple of tips to make your SquadPod experience on Chrome seamless:
Always Allow Microphone/Camera access:
Go to the right corner of your Chrome window, and click on the 3 dots icon.
A dropdown will appear, you will then click on 'Settings'.
Once in settings, you will scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Advanced'.
Then click on 'Site Settings' under Privacy and Security.
Once in site settings, you will then click on 'View Permissions and data stored across sites', it should look similar to below.
Once there, look for 'squadpod.com'
Next, you will click on the drop-down arrow next to 'squadpod.com', and then click on 'app.squadpod.com' that appears. It will look similar to below.
After clicking 'app.squadpod.com', you will then see Permissions to Allow Location, Camera, Microphone etc. Make sure 'Allow' is selected for Camera and Microphone.
Still having trouble? Check if the site is muted:
Chrome allows the option to 'mute' annoying sites that autoplay videos, to check if SquadPod site is muted.
You will right-click the tab you have open for 'SquadPod' and if the tab is muted, you will see the option to 'unmute site' like shown below.
