Push notifications can easily be configured in the app for each squad you're a member of. Each squad has a Notifications setting. Learn how to set your push notification preferences here.
If you have allowed SquadPod to send your device push notifications then the SquadPod app will notify you of new activity in your squads when the app is not open. You can manage how the iPhone or iPad displays them using Apple's iOS settings.
Troubleshooting push notifications
SquadPod's push notifications use Apple's Push Notification Service (APNS) that controls the delivery of push notifications to the device. SquadPod does not have any way to resolve issues with this service. If your device stops receiving push notifications you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure notifications are enabled in the iOS settings and in the SquadPod app
2. Restart the device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the SquadPod app on the device
