Free Trials on SquadPod

SquadPod offers free trials to new and eligible returning customers.  On a free trial, you will get the full premium experience with access to all of SquadPod's features.  

To get started, you will need to sign up for an account or login to an existing one.  Find the squad you wish to upgrade.  From the Plans & Billing section you can manage the subscription and sign up for a free trial.  

1. Sign into your account on a web browser.
2. Select the squad you wish to upgrade.
3. Select Manage.
4. Confirm the number of seats needed for people to join your squad and select Next.
5. Under Subscription Details, select Add promotion code to redeem a free trial.
6. Enter payment information and click Subscribe. 

Your subscription will update immediately giving you access to all of the premium features in the selected plan. 

Making changes during a Free Trial

You can make changes to your subscription at any point during your free trial.  At the end of the trial, your subscription will renew at full price with the selected plan details.  

Cancel subscription during a Free Trial

If SquadPod is not a good fit, you can cancel anytime to avoid being charged when the trial ends.  

1. Sign into your account on a web browser.
2. Go to the Plans & Billing section.
3. From the Subscription Details section select the More menu.
4. Select Cancel subscription

After canceling, you can continue to enjoy the premium features.  At the end of the trial, your squad will revert to a free plan.
