Join a squad

Squad's consist of a group of people that can start discussions, send chat messages, and have video calls with other users in the squad.  If you received an invitation to join a squad, you'll need to create a SquadPod account if you don't already have one.  Go here to sign up for SquadPod.  

You can join as many squads as you would like. 

Ways to join a squad:

In order to join a squad, you must receive an invitation from a squad admin.  Invitations are sent to you in an email or the link is shared directly with you.  

QR Code/copied invite link: Squad admins can share a QR code via social media, text, or even email.  The invite link can be copied and shared as well.   

Email invite: If you are invited to a squad via email, you will receive an email from SquadPod with an invite link.

If you are having trouble finding the invitation to the squad, you can ask the squad admin to resend the invite and also ask them where you should look to find the invitation.

 

Accept the squad invite

If you do not have an existing SquadPod account, you will be prompted to create an account after you click the invite link.  If you have an existing SquadPod account, you will be prompted to login if you are not logged in already.

Tip: If you're using a mobile device to sign up then you'll be directed to the App Store to download the SquadPod app before creating a new account or signing into an existing one. 

1. Click the squad invite link. 
2. Complete the steps to create a SquadPod account or log in with an existing account.
3. Once your account has been created or you are logged in, you will see a popup invitation for the squad with an Accept button.  Click Accept on the popup.

You will then be brought into the squad where you will see a message informing with your squad role and what actions you can take in the squad based on your role.  To learn more about the different roles within a squad, click here.

Start connecting with other squad members
