Through SquadPod's push notifications, you can stay informed of activity that affects you. If you have enabled SquadPod push notifications but you are not receiving any of the notifications, you can check your browser permissions to ensure the SquadPod website has the correct site permissions.

Troubleshooting tips:
- If you are still not receiving push notifications after following the steps below, you can restart your browser and try again.
- If you are browsing in Incognito mode, you will not receive push notifications.
To check your site permissions, follow these browser-specific steps:
Chrome or Edge
- Click the lock icon on the left side of the URL bar in your browser.
- Select 'Allow' from the 'Notifications' drop-down list.
- Reload the SquadPod website.

Firefox
- At the top right corner of your browser, click the hamburger menu.
- On Mac, select 'Preferences'. On Windows, select 'Options'.
- Go to the 'Privacy and Security' section.
- Click 'Settings'.
- Click 'Allow' next to the website.
- Click 'Save Changes'.
- Reload the SquadPod website.

Safari
- Go to Safari in the top menu.
- Select 'Preferences'.
- Go to 'Websites' and then 'Notifications'.
- Click 'Allow' next to the website.
