Upgrade a free or paid squad

Who can upgrade a free or paid squad?

Billing Admins can upgrade a free squad or a paid squad.  Upgrades take effect immediately.

Upgrade Options:

• Free Messaging to Per Seat
• Per Seat - add seats

Follow the steps below to upgrade your squad's subscription from a web browser.

1. Click the squad avatar in the navigation bar
2. Click Plans & Billing in the left menu
3. Click the Upgrade button in the left menu
4. Select the number of seats* you need
5. Review your plan details
6. Confirm the payment details - use the card on file or add a new card
7. When you are finished reviewing the changes - click Subscribe
8. Repeat steps 3-7 whenever you need to add seats to your squad

The features from the selected plan are automatically applied and a receipt is generated.

*A seat is filled when a person joins the squad via the Squad Invite Link, or an email or sms invite is created.  Read more about adding seats to your subscription here.
