Manage who can upgrade a squad

Billing Admins can upgrade a free squad or make changes to an existing paid subscription.  The creator of a squad is defaulted to a Billing Admin and can select other squad members to be Billing Admins or Billing Viewers.  

Follow the steps below to select the squad's billing users. 

1. Click the squad avatar in the navigation bar
2. Click Plans & Billing
3. Click Edit in the Billing admins section
4. Click in the Search people box.
5. After you have selected the new billing admins, click Update

Billing Admins cannot demote or remove themselves from the billing users.  A different Billing Admin must demote or remove you.  If you don't want the selected user to make changes to the squad's subscription, select Viewer from the role dropdown.  Billing Viewers can view receipts and the squad's subscription details.
