Add seats to your subscription

Who can add seats to a squad's subscription?

Billing Admins have permission to change a squad's subscription details.  By default, the creator of the squad is a Billing Admin.  

1. Using a web browser, login to https://app.squadpod.com 
2. Select the squad you need to modify and Click Upgrade in the left panel
3. Increase or decrease the number of seats and click Next
4. Review the subscription changes and payment details
5. Click Subscribe

Note: Any changes to the subscription's seats take effect immediately.  This means that newly added seats can be filled immediately and seats can only be removed if they are not filled.

When your squad's seat limit is met then you will not be able to create new invites and people cannot join via the Squad Invite Link.   You will need to add seats to your current subscription in order to grow your squad size.
