View receipts for subscription renewals

Who can view the receipts?

Billing Admins and Billing Viewers can view renewal receipts for subscriptions purchased via the web app in the Manage Squad section.  For more info on Roles and Permissions, click here.

View your receipts

For subscriptions purchased from the web application, a history of your subscription renewals is available in the Manage Squad section.  A receipt is available for each renewal, monthly or annually.   

1. Click the squad avatar in the navigation bar
2. Click the Plans & Billing
3. In the Payment History section, click the link to view the receipt
