Forward messages

Who can share messages from chat rooms?

All users can share messages from a chat room.  

Forward a message

You can share a chat message by forwarding it to the original chat, or a different chat room.  

1. Hover over the message you want to share and open the menu
2. Select Forward
3. User the drop-down to select where you want to share the message
4. Click Forward to share the message.

You can edit the forwarded message to add an additional note.

Post a message

You can share a chat message by posting it to a discussion room.

1. Hover over the message you want to share and open the menu
2. Select Post
3. Use the drop-down to select where you want to share the message
4. Click Post to share the message

You can edit the shared post to add an additional note.
