Who can manage payment details?
Billing admins are the only members of a squad that can add new cards, remove existing cards, and set the primary card.
Add a new card
Billing Admins can add a new credit card from the Subscription Details menu, or the first time a squad is upgraded.
- Click the squad avatar in the navigation bar
- Click Plans & Billing
- Open the menu in Subscription Details
- Select Manage payment methods
- Click the button
- Enter the card details, and click Update
- The card will default to the primary payment method if this is the first card added to the squad. If this is not the first card then you can mark it as the default payment method.
- Click Update to save your changes
