Pods vs Chats
Chat replaces text messages with a single person or group. Use chats to send messages or share files quickly. Pods, or Perfectly Organized Discussions, are like emails but much more organized and topical. Create Pods to efficiently manage and categorize projects by keeping your conversations, files, and tasks organized in one place.
Roles and Permissions
Squad admins can assign each member a role within the entire Squad. The different role options are admin, user, viewer, and guest. In addition to having a Squad role, each member can have different roles assigned to them within specific Pods, chats, or videos. The roles determine the permissions that each member is given within the Squad, Pods, chats, and videos.
Your First Pod
Create your first Pod and add Squad members to organize discussions so important information is not lost or difficult to find. As the admin, you can set each member’s role and manage Pod settings.
